Tile Ability can cater to all your sealing needs. Before beginning a sealing project, our team will test your floor to ensure it is receptive to our sealing process. All exposed furniture is taped or covered to avoid any staining or damage. Our initial cleaning process will take several hours, so that all stains are inspected and removed. The pre-sealing process may also involve cleaning and/or filling in grout joints and if need be, the replacement of chipped or cracked tiles.
Our team of experts will then seal the floor twice depending on how absorbent the tile surface is. The entire area is then buffed after both sealer applications, leaving the area to dry and ready to walk on.
