Our unique restoration offering enables our clients to enjoy the natural beauty of their original floors and tiling, without having to replace them time and time again. Our expert team can restore natural stone tiles, as well as marble and granite amongst others in both indoor and outdoor settings.
Our restoration procedure begins with the introduction of state of the art restoration chemicals – the weakest being introduced first so that the surface is not harmed and phosphoric acid being used only if staining is extensive. Our restoration chemicals are massaged into the tile with our buffing machines using a combination of texture pads (depending on surface and stains) which entices the stain to come to the top of the tile. The stains are then sucked up quickly with industrial hovers so as to not allow the tile to absorb them again. When this process has been repeated several times, the floors are washed down, removing any excess liquids/ chemicals.
Once the floor is clean and dry our team will then start the process of sealing to protect any future stains/spillage/wine from being absorbed into the natural stone tile. It is normal for the tiles to be sealed twice, letting each coat dry and buffing until the required finish was achieved.
Our team can also restore outdoor surfaces, patios driveways, etc. either by using the process outlined above or by the use of steam cleaners or jet sprays.
Steam cleaning is also available for grout restoration using a high temperature water vapour to remove any dirt.
